
Ghanaian teenager Emmanuel Sarfo has signed a one-year contract with newly established Rwanda 3rd tier club Teleos Arrows FC.
Sarfo, 19, joins the Kibagabaga based club from second league club City FC where he was among their key players last season.
He has been appointed as the deputy skipper of the squad and has the mandate to lead the team to the second league.
Sarfo previously played for Sunrise FC when they were in the Rwanda Premier League two seasons ago.
